1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Age Restrictions (18+)

By accessing and using this website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. Our services, website, and SMS programs are not directed to, nor intended for use by, individuals under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you may not use this website or submit any information through our forms.

3. Services and Estimates

ProTexAG provides precision agricultural aerial drone application services including ranch and pasture management, mesquite eradication, prickly pear cactus control, agricultural crop spraying, aquatic drone spraying, commercial vegetation management, greenhouse shade coatings, aerial property surveys, and oyster seeding. Any estimates provided through this website are preliminary and subject to a mandatory on-site assessment by Erik Olsen or an authorized representative. Final pricing, chemical selection, and timelines will be established in a separate written service agreement. All field services are subject to weather conditions, site evaluations, FAA Part 137 flight safety regulations, and airspace restrictions.

4. SMS & Text Messaging Program

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive transactional text messages from ProTexAG regarding your estimate request, project details, flight scheduling, weather delays, and service confirmations. Message frequency may vary based on your project's status.

Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode or number you received the message from. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. For questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

5. Intellectual Property

The content, organization, graphics, design, photography, aerial maps, logos, and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights and other proprietary laws, including but not limited to intellectual property laws. The copying, redistribution, or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Site is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

ProTexAG shall not be liable for any damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the services, even if ProTexAG has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
